Refund and Returns
At Hiyas ng Pinas, we prioritize the health and safety of our customers. Due to hygienic reasons and to ensure the integrity of our products, we have implemented a "no return policy" for all jewelry purchases. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any jewelry items once they have been purchased and received by the customer.
Reasons for No Returns:
Hygiene Concerns: Jewelry items, including earrings, nose rings, and other body jewelry, come into direct contact with the skin. To maintain hygiene standards and prevent the risk of contamination, we cannot accept returns of worn or used jewelry.
Product Integrity: Our commitment to quality means that once a jewelry item has been purchased and removed from its original packaging, we cannot guarantee its condition or authenticity for resale. Accepting returns could compromise the integrity of our products and the trust of our customers.
Exceptions:
Defective or Damaged Items: In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged jewelry item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis and provide a resolution, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with our warranty policy.
Order Errors: If you receive an incorrect item or an item that differs from what you ordered, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or provide a refund or store credit, as appropriate.
